Dr. Irina V. Nowak has led multiple projects in learning, human capital, and management consulting in private, non-profit, and government organizations. She has an EdD in Human and Organizational Learning from the George Washington University, and a PhD in Comparative History from the Central European University. She has published and presented nationally and internationally on the topics of organizational learning, organizational change, work identity, work engagement, cross-cultural communication, and spatial practices. She has served as an Adjunct Professor at Strayer University, receiving awards for teaching excellence. She received multiple awards, including the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award (2018) and was featured in Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs of the Year (2012). She serves as a co-chair or the Innovation Measurement Workgroup of the International Association of Innovation Professionals.
